Who can become a seller?
Any coach or fitness professional with a registered company (LLC, Inc., Sole Proprietor with EIN, or international equivalent) can apply. We verify your business registration before activation.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. We charge zero monthly or annual fees. Our only revenue comes from a small percentage of each completed transaction.
What is the transaction fee?
5.9% on transactions processed through Sport Fitness & Coaching hosted pages, and 6.9% on custom domain hosted pages. Some additional processing fees may apply for companies not selling in USD or based outside the United States.
How does the payment routing work?
Our CRM analyses each transaction in real time — card BIN, issuing country, currency, and transaction amount — then routes it to the processor most likely to approve it at the lowest cost. You never need to manage multiple processor accounts yourself.
Which payment processors do you support?
We currently route through Checkout.com, Adyen, Airwallex, Authorize.net, BlueSnap, NMI, and CC Avenue. Stripe integration is coming soon. The best processor is selected automatically for every transaction.
Can I sell physical products?
Yes. You can sell physical gear, equipment, and apparel alongside digital downloads, courses, and coaching sessions — all on the same storefront.
What if I only want to sell products (no coaching)?
That's completely fine. The platform is built for coaches AND fitness retailers. You can create a product-only storefront with no coaching services required.
