How do I buy a product or book a session?
Browse the marketplace, find a product or coach you like, and click 'Add to cart' (for products) or 'Book now' (for sessions). You'll need a free account to complete your purchase.
Are digital products delivered instantly?
Yes. Digital products (PDF guides, video courses, programs) are available in your account immediately after payment.
How do I contact a coach before buying?
You can send a message to any seller by clicking 'Send a message' on their profile page. You'll need to be signed in to send messages.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are in USD.
What is your refund policy?
Refund policies are set by individual sellers. Check the seller's profile or product description for their policy. For disputes, contact our support team at support@sportfitnesscoaching.com.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We never store your full card number on our servers.
For Sellers
Who can become a seller?
Any coach, trainer, nutritionist, or fitness retailer with a registered company (LLC, Inc., sole proprietorship, or international equivalent) can apply to become a seller.
What are the platform fees?
5.9% on transactions hosted on our subdomain, and 6.9% on transactions hosted on a custom domain. No monthly fees.
Can I sell physical products?
Yes. You can sell physical equipment, supplements, and apparel alongside digital downloads and coaching services — all on the same storefront.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account, net of our platform fee. International sellers may incur additional currency conversion fees.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. With the Custom Domain plan (6.9% fee), you can host your storefront at your own URL (e.g., yourname.com) for maximum brand credibility.
Is there a limit on the number of products or services I can list?
No. You can create unlimited products, services, and digital programs.
